I've worked on IT projects from both sides — as a vendor and as a customer. That dual perspective changes everything. I've seen what vendors say behind closed doors, and I've felt the frustration of a customer watching a project drift. I've witnessed successes and utter failures across tens of programmes.
My background spans energy, forestry, e-learning, FMCG, and a host of other industries. A significant part of that work has involved ERP programmes — particularly Microsoft Dynamics — where the gap between technical delivery and business adoption is often where projects fail. I'm often the person called in when things haven't gone as planned.
I don't apply any single methodology. PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe — I pick the best practices for each case and stay relentlessly focused on keeping things moving. And I actively use AI to work faster and more accurately than traditional consulting approaches allow.
